Prudential Securities - The implementation of a 60,000 sq. foot data center, a large network control center, four trading floors supporting 800 traders, as well as computers and systems infrastructure to support 6,000 staff members. 

A principal member of our staff acted as the primary cross-functional Project Manager, creating plans and budgets, coordinating IT, Facilities, Engineers, Architects, Equipment and Services Vendors, and the construction trades.

MasterCard International - A principal member of our staff managed the relocation of MasterCard's 1000 person headquarters location from 888 7th Avenue to Purchase NY in Westchester County.

Our work included major hardware and software technology transitions and the design of a cutting edge infrastructure architecture that would later be deployed in 25 countries around the world.  Our staff member later managed the deployment of technology to 30 offices in 25 countries around the world

Tishman Speyer Properties - A Principal member of our staff managed the rearchitecture of technology and relocation of major portions of the staff among several NY properties, and relocated the Data Center to an outsourced location at AT&T.
